Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Swordwatch. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Condition for Return
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt of your order. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return, including the original outbound shipping cost and the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit in place of a refund.
